Relevant Experience :
(in Yrs) 5-10 years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Experience in building monitoring dashboards in Grafana Splunk cloud monitoring etc.
Create dashboard for proactive monitoring
Automate alerts notifications & Daemon processes
Good RCA and communication skills
Experience in AWS Services such as Lambda SNSSQS deployment services CI/CD Pipeline Version Control tools Monitoring tools
Should have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Should have knowledge in automation tools like ansible chef puppet Gitlab terraform cloud formation etc..
Ensuring the availability performance and scalability of a website or application
Provide solution support and configuration changes across all environments.
Deep understanding of how distributed systems work in order to be able to troubleshoot and optimize them
Code/Data deployment and release support
Being able to solve problems quickly and effectively
Willing to work in shifts and weekends
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify the root cause and application causing the issue
Identify the issues as code configuration and finding the application that is causing the bottleneck.
Work with different stakeholders to fix the issue
Troubleshoot debug any production issue
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to run the deployment bridges
Providing weekend and deployment support
Generic Managerial Skills If any
