Roles:
Drive sales for the assigned product category.
Lead the sales team and track performance using KPIs CRM and weekly dashboards.
Participate in trade shows buyer-seller meets and regional promotional events.
Handle high-value negotiations customer objections and technical clarifications.
Conduct competitive analysis on pricing promotion and product positioning to adapt strategy.
Collaborate with the service technical and installation teams to ensure smooth postsales experience.
Design and manage promotional campaigns and customer engagement programs.
Submit timely reports on sales funnel closures and market intelligence.
Conduct fortnightly training sessions for Sales Executives to improve product and sales skills.
Ensure full adherence to company SOPs commercial policies and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology.
4 7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in textile machinery).
Excellent negotiation leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel PPT).
Willingness to travel across industrial zones and textile hubs.
