ChabezTech is seeking a mission-focused Software Engineer to join a high-performing agile team supporting a nationally significant government program. If you thrive in a SAFe Agile DevOps and secure software environment and are ready to build impactful technology we want to hear from you.
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (Active)
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain mission-critical software (primarily in Java)
Contribute to Agile team efforts including PI planning and sprint execution
Design scalable efficient and fault-tolerant code using BDD/TDD principles
Create and deploy automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate across teams to promote reusable code and secure practices
What You Bring:
7 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong Java skills (Required); experience with Python C/C SQL PowerShell etc.
UI dev experience knowledge of HTML XML XSLT SOAP/WSDL
Development on Windows and Linux platforms
Independent communicative and effective in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points For:
Experience with SAFe BDD/TDD Pair Programming secure systems engineering
Tools like Jenkins Selenium Cucumber Mockito FITNesse
Environments: JEE Tomcat WebLogic Postgres Oracle
