Job Summary:
The Customer Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional support resolving issues and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned customers.
Manage customer accounts by responding to inquiries processing orders and updating account information.
Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. sales billing logistics) to ensure client needs are met.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Assist with account renewals adjustments and contract management.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
