We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Houston this role you will support the planning execution and optimization of our marketing efforts. You will be a key player in coordinating campaigns analyzing data and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Manage and update marketing content brochures presentations and promotional materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support event planning trade shows and client communications
Maintain organized records of campaign performance budgets and schedules
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
13 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools or CRM platforms
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
