Job Description

Using a wide range of different technologies the Competence Center ensures Continentals Sales Logistics and Finance organizations stay on the leading edge of all things digital. Main Tasks:
- Own and manage the end-to-end RPA service lifecycle for UIPath Power Automate or similiar applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for all RPA service-related matters.
- Design develop test and deploy RPA bots.
- Maintain and monitor existing automations for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Document solutions and provide training/support as needed.
- Ensure platform availability performance scalability and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation infrastructure delivery processes and support models.
Qualifications :
Required Experience:
- University degree in computer science or economics or equivalent qualification
- Business Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Interest in new technologies towards digitalization
- Very efficient reliable and responsible way of working
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cooperate with globally distributed teams
- Highly self-motivated assertive and skilled at resolving conflict as well as high customer service orientation
- Willingness for occasional national and international business trips
