About the role
Join our 70 strong APAC Design & Research team spanning Australia Malaysia and Hong Kong. Were on a mission to simplify and personalise the job discovery and hiring experience for job seekers and employers.
As a Principal Visual Designer youll lead high-impact strategic design initiatives across the business. Youll collaborate with senior stakeholders on complex ambiguous problems sometimes embedded in delivery teams other times focused on broader strategic goals. Your expertise will help shape consistent high-quality design outcomes while mentoring and guiding others on design best practices and business impact.
Become a key voice in driving simplicity relevance and business value through design.
Responsibilities
Lead complex design projects including research analysis and innovative proof of concepts while collaborating with senior stakeholders and business partners
- Create innovative user interfaces and drive improvements to design systems tooling and workflows
- Develop communication materials and present design outcomes regularly to teams and leadership to ensure alignment
- Contribute to product strategy as a trusted and influential voice while maintaining high standards of excellence
- Inspire and motivate teams through exceptional strategic work leadership and official coaching/mentoring of junior designers
- Share expertise through thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the broader team
- Foster design culture that attracts and retains top talent while participating in design leadership forums
Qualifications :
Skills and experience
Set the standard for visual design excellence and brand consistency across platforms.
Influence product and business strategy through strong design thinking.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and advocate for design quality from concept to implementation.
Create high-fidelity prototypes with motion and interaction design.
Champion AI tools accessibility and data-driven design practices.
Mentor designers and foster a strong inclusive design culture.
