Job Description

WHAT YOULL DO
As the Paid Media Manager youll be responsible for developing and executing the paid media strategy for the Region. Youll create a data-driven paid media strategy with your media agency to maximize marketing budget and regional growth driven by global guidelines. 

You will:

  • Develop and implement paid brand media comprehensive strategies across all countries of Region East
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest paid media trends advertising platforms and industry best practices
  • Create and present detailed media plans including targeting strategies and budget breakdowns.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance insights to optimize media plans and targeting parameters.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analysis providing key insights to stakeholders and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Support and mentor internal teams providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Secure a paid channel perspective throughout the planning process.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll work closely with Customer Activation & Marketing teams and Omni Sales Teams to ensure successful campaign implementation optimization and performance measurement across various paid media channels.  Youll collaborate also with PR team (to maximize PR initiatives and partnerships in the region) performance media lead (to drive synergy of brand & performance investment) and content operations team (to secure the right content in the right place at the right time for the customer and provide a feedback loop to the insights unit and global content teams).  

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

  • Strong understanding of various paid media channels (both offline and online)
  • Experience with media planning tools and analytics platforms to analyze and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Strong understanding how to influence Brand KPIs and the means to achieve a shift in consumer mindset.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey media plans and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Media agency experience will be considered an advantage

  • Able to connect the dots from brand through to performance to build and develop plans through the full customer journey.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract (maternity cover) in Warsaw Poland. The Paid Media Manager is part of Customer Activation Department and reports to Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
