You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently looking for an FP&A Lead (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our passionate Finance team and manage the Royalties / Music Rights scope.
FP&A at Deezer is the team responsible for analyzing companys performance elaborating and monitoring budget exercises assessing operational projects and collaborating as business partners to all stakeholders across the company on various strategic initiatives.
What you will do:
Analysis & reporting
Contribute to royalties monthly accounting closings
Deep dive into gross margin and KPIs variances
Communicate reporting and sharp analyses to Deezer management highlighting risks & opportunities
Planning
Lead gross margin projection in biyearly planning exercises
Build complex royalties modelling and scenarios
Engage and challenge stakeholders on business strategy and associated risks
Business partnering
Support music labels & publishers negotiations via complex royalties modelling and financial insight
Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve royalties end-to-end process in collaboration with all stakeholders along the chain
Support cash management decisions
Qualifications :
This role is excellent for a person with:
Masters degree ideally specialized in Finance
58 years in Corporate Finance FP&A or Audit
Ability to effectively communicate in French and English
Strong modelling and Excel/data handling skills
Proactive approach to solving business and technical challenges
Well-organized with ability to manage priorities in a complex and manual environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams internally
