The QA Auditor will ensure that the product quality and site standards are maintained at all times and that the product meets the customers expectations and is legally compliant in all aspects.
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure that intake checks are completed on all raw materials and work with SOPs
- Complete relevant paperwork record and logs for Quality procedures and audits
- Shelf life analysis and NPD product testing as required
- Work with production stakeholders regularly and support departmental KPIs
- Support in customer complaints investigation
- Assist with any incidents eg. allergens spillage glass / hard plastic blade breakages etc
- Partake in risk assessments & make decisions independently when required
- Work cross-functionally collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Who You are
- Experience within a Food manufacturing or fulfilment environment
- Experience in a QC QA or Food Technical role with audit experience
- Chilled food experience (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of Practical Allergen HACCP BRC and GMP would be a real advantage
- A high level of computer literacy including working knowledge of google and/or Microsoft applications
- Excellent organisational skills a forward thinking team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Qualifications :
- Food Safety Level 2
- HACCP level 2
- Auditing qualification (Desirable)
- Allergen training
