Job Description
Are you passionate about driving innovation in the field of biomedical research In our interdisciplinary R&D department you will take responsibility for scientific organizational and personnel leadership of a group focused on reagent development for flow cytometry. With your expertise in bioconjugation project management and team leadership you will actively shape the future of diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.
- You will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects in reagent and technology development especially for flow cytometry and cell analysis.
- You will plan organize and monitor laboratory experiments document and analyze results and present data in internal and cross-functional meetings.
- Your tasks include developing and maintaining SOPs training plans and safety-relevant documentation.
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a project team including team development resource planning (FTEs) budgeting (MEX BOPEX INVEX) and performance reviews.
- You will represent the group in internal and external networks support IP strategy and contribute to scientific publications and patent filings.
Qualifications :
- You hold a PhD in Chemistry Molecular Biology Biotechnology or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in reagent development preferably in the area of bioconjugation flow cytometry and antibody labeling.
- You have solid experience in project and personnel management as well as IP strategy and documentation.
- You enjoy networking and interdisciplinary collaboration and are confident in representing scientific content internally and externally.
- You are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
