Job Description

Clinical Educatorsat BAYADA assist field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Youll be accountable for evaluating and developing field staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service youll set the tone for your teams success.
- Salary up to $90k a year

Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding and orientation support
- Develop and implement new hire onboarding
- Manage preceptor coordination and development
- Focus on retention and employee engagement
- Develop structured education mentorship and employee development
- Conduct in-person training and virtual classes
- Hybrid position: in-person and virtual attendance with travel in between islands
Qualifications include:
- Current Hawaii RN or PT license in good standing
- BSN/MSN preferred bachelors degree required
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency OBQI Adverse Event reporting and other quality improvement measures
- Experience developing performance improvement plans field staff orientation clinical chart review and utilization review reporting
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Solid communication and PC skills tech and AI savvy
- Must reside in Oahu
