About the role:
This prestigious American multinational law firm is known for its expertise in corporate law litigation and regulatory matters. With offices across the U.S. Europe and Asia the firm specializes in areas such as antitrust financial services compliance corporate governance and dispute resolution. Requirements:
Candidate will have the following: Minimum 2 years of experience PTAB/IPR patent litigation in district court and/or ITC proceedings ; Exposure to source code ; Experience within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent).
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; A degree in either Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Physics or a similar field ; Strong research verbal & written communication skills required ; Illinois Bar.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Representing a diverse clientele in court defending their intellectual property rights.
- Drafting pleadings.
- Conducting discovery.
- Arguing motions before the court.
- Navigating the complex procedures of federal court.
- Providing information as needed.
