Are you ready to be at the heart of a dynamic multi-skilled team driving operational excellence and exceptional customer support Elekta is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team and act as the key link between our customers and internal departments including Sales Marketing Service and Order Fulfilment.
What youll do at Elekta
As a Commercial Operations Specialist youll ensure seamless operations across service sales marketing and order management processes. Youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support parts and informationproviding high-quality service in line with Elektas standards and mission to improve patient care.
This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries
Qualify sales leads and support quote creation and distribution
Process sales orders supplier setup POs and invoices
Support customer training requirements including travel and reimbursement
Handle product returns and replacements across all product groups
Service Support
Processing of customer spares orders quote preparation returns and transportation Commercial returns.
Source Management - Source and Seeds ordering exchanges and scheduling communicating with transport providers and customers.
Attend daily management meeting with team to discuss workload and prioritize accordingly
Tender & Contract Management Support
Coordinate tender submissions and documentation
Collaborate with sales legal and finance to manage contract checklists and risk reviews.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning local marketing events and major international conferences (e.g. ESTRO ASTRO)
Coordinate customer visits demos and promotional activities
Customer Satisfaction
Act as the key contact during warranty and service periods
Collaborate to enhance after-sales support and drive customer loyalty
Support initiatives aimed at increasing Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
What you bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level)
Experience with ERP/CLM systems (Salesforce preferred; Movex advantageous)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Romanian.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
