Job Description

Position: Communications Trainer (Cebu City) Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on site in Cebu City 2 days WFH)

Start Date: ASAP

Account Focus: Talent Skilling

Support Type: Support

Shift Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM with fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any field
  • Open to process trainers even from non-BPO industries
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Exposure to American culture is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas needing improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and develop training materials workshops lesson plans and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct workshops classes and seminars to teach effective communication techniques including public speaking interpersonal skills professional development and interview skills.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching during sessions to enhance trainees verbal written listening and body language skills.
