Title: Investment/Sales Manager (International Real Estate)
Location: Tokyo
Salary: US$8000-$10000 (basic) performance incentive commission
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling our clients residential and commercial developments in Cambodia to investors/buyers in Japan. This role involves opening offices in Tokyo obtaining all necessary permits training sales staff and overseeing sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales office in Tokyo.
- Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Tokyo.
- Hire train and manage the local office team.
- Create and execute the office work plan.
- Research the local market and provide feedback.
- Build strong relationships with sales agencies.
- Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
- Maintain organized records of all clients and distributors.
- Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.
Job Requirements
- More than 8 years of work experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in real estate channels.
- Excellent at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team management skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Good investor network is a plus
