Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for supporting successful project delivery Were recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced Quantity Surveying and Project Management team
This is a varied and rewarding role where youll support a range of senior stakeholders including Project Managers Quantity Surveyors Partners and the Bid team. Youll play a key part in the smooth operation of both office and project operations with opportunities to grow into areas such as Project Management Bids or Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Provide day-to-day support to Quantity Surveyors Project Managers and Bid Managers on live projects and team tasks.
- Document & Report Preparation: Format and edit documents such as reports bids CVs and case studies using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Document Control: Manage version control filing (both digital and hard copy) and tracking of project records.
- Meeting Support: Schedule meetings book rooms prepare agendas and take minutes when required.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients consultants and suppliers professionally.
- Project Administration: Assist with drawings certificates trackers and distribution logs.
- Bid & Tender Support: Collate team inputs and coordinate the submission of bids and tenders.
- Team Support: Arrange travel/hotels support events and assist with general admin including post supplies and facilities management.
- DocuSign Management: Send monitor and file documents for electronic signature.
- General Office Support: Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Experience using Adobe InDesign (essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional and approachable manner when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in a project support or administrative role is highly desirable
