You have:

  • A university degree in Human Resources Management Business Management or a related disciplineor an equivalent combination of education training and experience
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in talent acquisition learning and development succession planning performance and employee engagement
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership or management roles
  • Strong people management and organizational skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A deep understanding of EDIA principles and a drive to integrate them into people programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite HRIS and Learning Management Systems
  • Willingness to travel to head office field offices and corporate events across Ontario as needed


Nice to have:

  • Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and/or CHRP/CHRL designation
  • Certificate in Adult Learning or Instructional Design


What you will do:
As Director of the Integrated Talent Management Centre of Expertise you will:

  • Lead the vision strategy and delivery of talent acquisition talent management and learning & development across the organization
  • Align all programs to support MPACs strategic goals employee development and business transformation
  • Oversee performance management succession planning leadership development and employee engagement frameworks
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR peers to forecast workforce needs and build internal capability
  • Champion inclusive talent practices and integrate EDIA principles into all programs
  • Drive innovation in HR service delivery through technology process improvement and data-driven insights
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and growth
  • Build relationships with accrediting bodies and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Manage operational budgets contracts and business cases related to talent services
