What You Bring to the Team:

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills paired with attentive listening.

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).

• A good working level of English.

• Experience in travel airline hospitality or related industries is a plus.

• Background in customer service or experience centers is a bonus.

• Solid computer skills (especially MS Office).

• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities.

• A collaborative positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

• A completed high school education.
