With a firm commitment to sustainability local manufacturing and real environmental solutions our business is growing fast and were on the lookout for an Outbound Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and support Australian industries to meet their ESG and waste compliance targets.

What Youll Be Doing:

As our Outbound Sales Representative youll be responsible for generating leads and converting new business across key industries such as:

  • Mining & Resources
  • Transport & Logistics
  • Agriculture & Heavy Industry
  • Environmental Services
  • Government & Civil Projects

Your focus will be on promoting our tyre and conveyor belt recycling services helping clients improve their sustainability reporting reduce landfill and comply with environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and qualifying outbound leads via phone email LinkedIn and in-person visits
  • Conducting discovery meetings and tailoring sales pitches to client pain points and compliance needs
  • Building a strong pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Managing your customer data sales activity and conversion metrics using CRM tools
  • Attending industry events and site visits to promote ThroughCycles service offering
  • Collaborating with operations logistics and the General Manager to onboard new clients seamlessly
  • Providing feedback from the field to assist with strategic sales planning pricing and product positioning

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new qualified leads generated monthly
  • Number of outbound touchpoints (calls emails visits) per week
  • Lead-to-client conversion rate
  • Monthly revenue and new account acquisition
  • Repeat business/client retention
  • CRM usage reporting accuracy and activity logs

About You:

Were seeking a high-performing sales professional who thrives in proactive outreach builds strong commercial relationships and aligns with our mission for a cleaner smarter Australia.

Essential:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (25 years) ideally in environmental services recycling waste or industrial sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive and consultative sales style
  • Self-starter who works autonomously handles objections and follows through
  • Competency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.)
  • Valid drivers licence must be comfortable attending on-site meetings and industry expos
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience selling into mining logistics or heavy industry
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations sustainability reporting or circular economy practices
  • Familiarity with selling to procurement managers environmental officers and OH&S teams
