About the Role
The Grade 3 Speech Pathology Clinical educator (aligned with The University of Melbourne) will provide high quality clinical teaching and Speech Pathology services for the Speech Pathology department and for the department of Audiology and Speech Pathology. The position involves clinical expertise in speech pathology assessment and intervention for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders across St Vincents Hospital Melbourne residential aged care facilities bed based transition care program and as required subacute inpatient units.
The delivery of the highest standard of clinical teaching to students of The University of Melbourne and speech pathology services to patients at St Vincents incorporating the mission and values of the Mary Aikenhead Ministries by:
Classifications for this position will range from VW6-VW9 ($104135.20 - $118981.20 per annum pro rata)

The St Vincents Hospital Melbourne Speech Pathology Department is committed to providing high quality Speech Pathology services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The Speech Pathology team provides services across the continuum of care over multiple campuses. The department is located across the two main campuses: St Vincents Hospital Fitzroy and St Georges Health Service Kew.
