Were seeking a motivated mid-level personal injury litigation paralegal (2-5 years of experience) who takes this work seriously shows up every day with professionalism and focus and values being part of something bigger than themselves.
Who You Are
- A litigation paralegal with a paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
- Highly proficient in legal software calendaring and Microsoft Office tools
- A clear and confident communicator with strong writing and client-relations skills
- Focused reliable and capable of managing multiple competing priorities
- Steady under pressureand comfortable managing a caseload of 25 litigation files
- Someone who values accuracy accountability and teamwork
What Youll Do
- Manage a portfolio of active litigation cases from filing through trial
- Draft pleadings disclosures discovery subpoenas and related documents
- Maintain and monitor deadlines through accurate calendaring and tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients court staff vendors and opposing counsel
- Coordinate with attorneys on strategy trial prep and daily case needs
- Provide clients with regular updates and a sense of confidence during a stressful process

- Compensation: $70000 to $80000 based on experience
