Job Description
Georgia Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid Work Options Available)
Salary: $125000 Performance-Based Incentives

Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation;
- Draft pleadings motions and respond to discovery;
- Conduct depositions mediations and trials;
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel;
- Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable case outcomes.
- The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience handling personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
- A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must.
- State Bar of Georgia membership required.
