Salary is EUR 1429 per month gross with bonuses

What youll do

Review and moderate online content targeted at the Dutch market.

Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and guidelines.

Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about policies and community standards.

Apply best practices to help meet and exceed client KPIs.

Share your insights and ideas to improve processes internally and externally.
What youll need

Native-level Dutch communication skills both written and verbal (mandatory).

A natural ability to learn quickly and develop your skills in a short time.

Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

Strong ability to separate personal beliefs from content moderation policies.

Empathy and a positive motivated mindset.

Great attention to detail.

Experience managing high volumes of online content.

Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts Monday through Sunday (mandatory).
