Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development VA to support our sales strategy identify new business opportunities and assist in converting leads into clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales prospecting lead generation and relationship building with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms social media and networking.

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospects.

  • Initiate outreach via email LinkedIn and other communication channels.

Sales Support

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the executives calendar for client meetings.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Prepare proposals quotations and sales presentations.

Business Development

  • Identify new market trends business opportunities and potential partnerships.

  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under the guidance of the sales team.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.

  • Track sales metrics prepare weekly reports and analyze performance data.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales VA Business Development Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (verbal & written).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce or similar).

  • Experience in lead generation cold outreach and appointment setting.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms for prospecting (LinkedIn Facebook).

  • Highly organized self-motivated and results-oriented.

Preferred Tools & Knowledge:

  • CRM software (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce)

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite

  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp ActiveCampaign)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus)
