For our Sephora Store in DSSELDORF we are looking for a
STORE MANAGER (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Create memorable customer experiences: You will support the team in delivering meaningful in-store experiences that build lasting brand loyalty
- Manage the day-to-day business in the store. You organise the store and have an eye for numbers order and cleanliness.
- Drive our omni-channel approach. You are an expert in linking stationary and digital retail.
- Live our corporate culture. Cultivate a positive culture where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development. Act as a motivating role model for your team.
Do not hesitate to apply if
- you have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable experience in the beauty cosmetics retail fashion or catering sector.
- you have at least 3 years of management experience.
- you have strong organisational analytical and business management skills as well as a passion for great beauty products.
- you have strong social intelligence and communication skills and can hold conversations in English.
