The role
As the WHS Coordinator for Risk and Audit youll be the go-to person for making sure safety isnt just a checkbox but is built into everything our department does. Youll be responsible for leading internal audits guiding investigations and helping teams navigate regulations all while keeping a sharp eye on the risks. This role is not only about reviewing what happened but also helping shape what happens next with informed actionable advice and a strong safety-first mindset.
This is a high-trust role working closely with managers across NSW on sensitive issues and balancing diverse priorities in a tightly regulated space. Our business partners will lean on you to bring about cultural change influence our decision-makers and embed WHS into contracts and supply chainsmaking safety feel less like a compliance task and more like part of everyday business.
