What Youll Do:

• Implement modify and test engaging consumer-facing web experiences.
• Collaborate closely with business and design teams to scope and deliver valuable projects on time.
• Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail.Debug issuesand execute so everything just works.
• Teach and learn new skills with your fellow developers producingquality codewith consistent standards.
• Continually look for opportunities to build value in the codebase: set standards build tools and automate jobs to make yourself and your team better and faster.
• Be part of building a positive team environment.

What Were Looking For:

• 3 years experience infront-endor (ideally) full-stackweb development
• StrongHTML5CSS andJavaScript fundamentals: you should be comfortable working with the command line andgit you should be capable of building things withHTMLCSS andJS.
• Experience withfront-end frameworkssuch as React NextJS etc
• Web Accessibility and Core Web Vitals matter to you.
• We dont need you to be a designer but we want someone who can partner closely with our talented design team. Experience withFigmais helpful.
• Personal commitment to being great people to work with and for every day.
• Working knowledge of the wayfront-endsystems run in thecloudand download to the browser. Can you diagnose a caching problem with a CDN and do you know how to fix it

Even Better:

• Experience withAdobe Experience Managerand/orSalesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience building workflows with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI
• Experience using productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor
• Experience designing & building APIs provisioning & querying databases (can you write a moderately sophisticatedSQL query)
• Experience withNew Relicor otherapplication performance managementtools.
• Experience with working with analysts and tracking/instrumentation software likeGoogle Analyticsor PostHog
• Familiarity with projects that implement processes to ensure compliance and prevent violations is a plus.

Compensation

• USA Compensation Range: $80000-$120000
  • New York City Compensation Range: $100000-$130000
    *Note actual compensation is based on geographic location qualifications and experience.
