Summary:
An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain identify and grow customer base provide consistent and superior customer service increase sales and margin and follow up on all accounts.
Location: Bluffton SC near Hilton Head.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely accurate and complete project quotations
- Provide accurate project management of project orders
- Multiple customer types including contractor government commercial and industrial
- Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
- Enter orders for different jobs for different customers
- Setup certain customers on blankets
- Follow up on product deliveries
- Help counter with sales
- Courtesy and politeness toward customers
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
- Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School or GED
- 1-2 years counter experience electrical distribution industry preferred
- Solid customer service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Eclipse knowledge preferred
- Good and dependable mathematic verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable responsible and a great work ethic
