- Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of restoration crews including schedules and production levels.
- Lead the Team: Supervise a diverse workforce ensuring timely job processing and effective communication.
- Enhance Performance: Develop and implement processes to boost performance train staff and prepare them for greater responsibilities.
- Support Collaboration: Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in management within the Restoration or Construction Field with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
- Skills: Leadership multitasking detail-oriented and proficiency in relevant computer applications like Xactimate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly climb ladders work in tight spaces and handle cleaning agents.
- Other: Valid Drivers License and successful completion of a background check.
