What willthe role of Sous Chef involve
-Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specification
-Managingorders stock invoices and food profit
-Developingyour team alongside the Head Chef
-Dailyoperation of the kitchen
-Workingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the business
As a Sous Chef you willneed to have:
-Minimumof a year working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
-Beable to read interpret demonstrate and execute all basic meat fish sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor
