Job Description

Job Summary

Join our team as a collaborative and forward-thinking Partner Account & Distribution Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner-oriented organization.
We recognize the importance of investing in our partners and distributors and we are dedicated to building strong relationships with them.
As a key contributor you will work closely with our Channel Partners to provide data-driven solutions to our customers in Spain and Portugal ensuring their unique needs are met with excellence.
Together we will make a positive impact in the Iberia region and create a more beautiful environment for our customers to live in.

Job Requirements

Cultivate strong partnerships with our Channel Partners driving adoption of NetApps solutions and fueling business growth.
Collaborate with partners to deliver data-driven solutions that meet the needs of customers in Spain and Portugal.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing solution architects and leadership to align strategies and maximize business outcomes.
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans in collaboration with our partners fostering a shared vision and driving mutual success.
Drive collaboration with the commercial sales team to identify and support new opportunities expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Translate NetApps solutions into partner strategies and business goals enabling our partners to effectively leverage our offerings.
Proactively identify new personas and opportunities within partner organizations ensuring continuous growth and expansion of our partner network


A minimum of 5 years of proven successful partner engagement experience ideally with cloud solutions demonstrating a track record of driving business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with Channel Partners
Have a good understanding of the industry ecosystem
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to translate partner strategies into actionable plans.
Proven ability to build a network outside the organization to support business needs and foster connections within the industry.
