Georgia Personal Injury - Litigation Paralegal

Are you a phenomenal Georgia Litigation Paralegal with extensive personal injury experience Do you want to work for a law firm whereYOUtruly matter Do you want to work where you know the managing partner and have daily interaction with the clients you serve If so you may be our next Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.

  • Oversee personal injury litigation cases involving automobile trucking premises and daycare from inception to resolution;
  • Prepare and handle discovery requests efficiently;
  • Draft complaints and file necessary legal documents;
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings mediations and trials; and
  • Create detailed medical chronologies.
  • Must have extensive experience in managing personal injury litigation cases specifically related to automobile trucking premises and daycare incidents.
  • Proficient in electronically filing case documents in both Federal and State Courts.
  • Skilled in drafting pleadings discovery responses and maintaining effective client communications.
  • Must be based in Georgia for consideration.
