As a CAD Designer you will be responsible for converting project information into drawings and other documentation for the fabrication team.
This is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long-term need for my client. This position must be worked on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum two year degree in Design CAD or related or equivalent experience
- Prior design experience in a technical field is preferred
- Understanding of tolerances and limitations including various mechanical system operation
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD
- Experience with Inventor and Plant 3D preferred
- Understanding of PIDs and PFDs
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards and fabrication techniques
