The Office Assistant job series is a starting point for many specialized support positions within the City. General duties and responsibilities for the Office Assistant III job include but are not limited to:
Special Work Requirement: Work schedule is from 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with hours varying depending on the vacancy. May also be required to work overtime nights weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Two (2) years of clerical experience.
