As the Director Strategic Sales you will drive new sales and profitable growth for Armada Supply Chain Solutions services with the opportunity to leverage all our brandsArmada (Top 100 Logistics Companies) Sunset Transportation (Top 10 3PLs) and ATEC (a leading ocean forwarder with a focus on LATAM)within the logistics and supply chain industry. You will execute a sales strategy that positions the Armada brand as the market leader in supply chain solutions expanding revenue streams by closing new business across existing and adjacent markets and verticals. This role centers on actively engaging with prospective customers managing complex sales cycles and delivering measurable revenue results. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and marketing to ensure sales objectives align with the companys strategic goals emphasizing tangible growth and market penetration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Drive new business sales opportunities and closing deals that contribute to profitable growth. Develop targeted approaches to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Introduction to New Markets: Identify introduce and penetrate adjacent market segments that complement our core logistics and supply chain offerings unlock additional revenue streams and expand our market footprint.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key prospects and clients presenting an Armada value proposition to drive trust and win new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and service capabilities optimizing customer acquisition efforts.
- Sales Tools Support & Analytics: Utilize Salesforce CRM Pardot and other sales enablement tools to streamline sales processes track performance metrics and inform data-driven decision-making. Partner with our Sales Development team to refine lead generation.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve sales methodologies and processes to shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in sales leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years focused on closing complex B2B sales in logistics and supply chain industries.
- Proven direct sales success driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Demonstrated new market penetration including adjacent and high-growth verticals with a strategic customer-centric approach.
Skills
- Expertise in consultative selling complex deal negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
- Strong skills in pipeline management forecasting and sales performance analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Effective communication and relationship building at C-Suite level.
