Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time BCBA - Flexible Hybrid and Collaborative

Location: Washington DC (hybrid model including in-home school and virtual settings) Schedule: Full-time with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealth
  • Collaborate with caregivers schools and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Monitor data evaluate progress and revise treatment plans accordingly
  • Ensure accurate timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards

About the Role: National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team in Washington DC. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home school and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

We welcome both seasoned BCBAs and senior or lead therapists who plan to sit for their BCBA exam within the next 90 days. Clinical collaboration autonomy and a people-first culture are central to this role.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Licensed in Maryland or willingness to obtain Maryland licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC)
  • Minimum one year of ABA experience with children
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in home or school-based service delivery
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
