Job Description
There are your tasks
- Responsible for the business unit Maritime Cranes and Construction Machinery within the mixed sales company for the territory of Morocco
- Control of Division to achieve and surpass sales profitability and cash flow business goals and objectives within sales and service
- Contact for sales and customer service both internally and externally as well as responsible for the necessary further development of the business fields
- Responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing MCC customers in Morocco while actively driving the acquisition of new customers
- Evaluate divisional performance and recommend strategies for improvement including planning and process optimization in close collaboration with the managing directors
- Leadership and team development within the MCC Division
- Administrative and organizational duties for the assigned observation of economic and political situations in the relevant country
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive working experience in sales and customer service within a relevant industrial environment including the development and implementation of sales or service programs ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
- High proficiency in English French and Arabic; German is considered an asset
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Energetic flexible and highly organized
- High level of customer orientation consulting expertise and negotiating skills
- Proven experience in personnel management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Drivers license
