About the Role:
As the Operational Director your mission is to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth by guiding company development optimizing financial performance and scaling systems into new markets. Youll work closely with the founders to set strategic objectives implement business frameworks (SMART OKR Agile) and ensure execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable goals
Oversee company-wide financial results and implement profit-boosting tools
Scale and adapt operational systems for international markets
Foster a culture of innovation and accountability
Maintain operational rhythm and team engagement
Administer internal tools: Jira Confluence PeopleForce PipeDrive Slack etc.
Monitor company-wide KPIs and performance metrics
Lead optimization and automation projects
Manage corporate rituals and work standards
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in international companies
Experience scaling business operations across new markets

Strong financial literacy and cost optimization skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on project management experience
Proficiency in SMART OKR Agile and performance frameworks
