Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a higher education or residential operations environment Proven ability to create revise and adapt standard operating procedures (SOPs) Knowledge of applicable safety standards vendor management and inventory control Skilled in planning and implementing operational goals managing budgets and handling complex personnel matters Proficiency with work order and timekeeping software (e.g. Smart Inspect Kronos) Commitment to diversity equity inclusion and sustainability initiatives
