What youll do
We are looking for a user assistance developer to work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP CX AI Toolkit and other SAP CX products. SAP CX AI Toolkit is a new solution with built-in AI capabilities to automate time-consuming tasks and quickly analyze data from across the enterprise.
- Creating delivering and publishing Help documentation and UI text content
- Handling documentation and other UA deliverables in various portals/forums
- Defining terminology and creating terms in SAPterm
- Supporting product managers development and UX designers with your knowledge and writing skills
- Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirements of developers/product owner teams for documentation
What you bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with documentation of software products
- Experience with IXIA CCMS
- Experience with tools such as Jira Git Hub confluence wiki SharePoint is a plus
- Good team player
- Self-motivated self-driven with ability to learn quickly

Nous recherchons un dveloppeur ou une dveloppeuse dassistance utilisateur (UA) pour travailler en troite collaboration avec les parties prenantes occupant diffrents rles dans SAP CX AI Toolkit et dautres produits SAP CX. SAP CX AI Toolkit est une nouvelle solution dote de capacits dIA intgres pour automatiser les tches qui prennent du temps et analyser rapidement les donnes de lensemble de lentreprise. Votre rle consiste :
- Crer livrer et publier la documentation daide et le contenu textuel de linterface utilisateur
- Grer la documentation et dautres livrables dassistance utilisateur dans divers portails/forums
- Dfinir la terminologie et crer des termes dans SAPterm
- Soutenir les chefs de produit les dveloppeurs et les designers UX avec vos connaissances et vos comptences rdactionnelles
- tre prt prendre la responsabilit de comprendre les exigences des quipes de dveloppeurs/propritaires de produits pour la documentation
Ce que vous apportez
- Excellentes comptences en communication crite et verbale en anglais
- Exprience dans la documentation de logiciels
- Exprience avec IXIA CCMS

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 65800 - 141400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role which involves global interactions with SAP entities as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
