Job Description
- Property Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of property. Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of the tenants while complying with legal requirements.
- HVAC: Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to provide optimal heating ventilation and air conditioning. Diagnose issues perform repairs and ensure system efficiency.
- Transformers: Supervise and maintain transformers to ensure uninterrupted electrical distribution. Conduct routine inspections and address any technical faults.
- Diesel Generator (DG) Sets: Manage and maintain DG Sets for backup power. Conduct regular testing maintenance and refueling to ensure readiness.
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP): Oversee the functioning of STP facilities to ensure environmental compliance and efficient waste processing.
- Fire System: Implement and maintain fire safety measures including alarms sprinklers and extinguishers. Conduct regular drills and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Water Management: Monitor and manage water resources within the property including storage distribution and waste water systems. Ensure sustainable practices are in place.
