Job Description

Role: - Solution Architect

Notice Period: - Immediate - 30 Days (Maximum)

Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in backend development
  • Should be capable of working as an Individual Contributor.
  • Proficiency in design patterns architectural principles and best practices and architectural and nbsp;documentation.
  • Should be familiar with Agile Methodology.
  • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and and nbsp;technologies in software development.

Responsibilities: -
  • Architectural Design: Design scalable and robust software solutions for large-scale web applications and nbsp;leveraging a variety of technologies including Java QA and others as required.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating and nbsp;them into architectural designs that meet business objectives.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools recommending adoption where and nbsp;appropriate to enhance the architecture and development process.
  • Design Patterns: Apply design patterns and architectural principles to design elegant and maintainable and nbsp;software solutions.
  • Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards design and nbsp;patterns and coding best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks through optimization and nbsp;techniques and architectural refinements.
  • Scalability Planning: Architect solutions that can scale horizontally and vertically to meet growing user and nbsp;demands and business requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend and nbsp;developers and QA full stack engineers as part of a delivery set up.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams design and nbsp;documents and developer guides.
  • Client Facing and nbsp; Architects will be closely working with clients and should have the ability to translate the and nbsp;business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior developers providing guidance on architectural principles design patterns and nbsp;and best practices. Involves in training and mentoring new or replacement team members in case of and nbsp;attrition or team ramp-up.
  • Role Clarity and nbsp; This is not a purely strategic or theoretical role the candidate is expected to contribute and nbsp;directly to code/design reviews as an individual contributor.
