REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Servers must have a minimum of six months experience in catering banquet or restaurant service.
All employees must:
- Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*
- Seasonal availability from January-May
- Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
- Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
- Have a positive attitude
*With the exception of religious reasons in which case accommodations will be made.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down catering events including tables chairs and decorations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with food preparation including plating and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or serving is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
Note: This position may require working in a hotel or special event setting depending on the specific job location.
