We are responsible for youth assigned to our care by the court system either for supervision or custody in residential placement or secure care. OJJ also provides services to youth under local court

Job Duties:
Oversees daily food preparation and cooking ensuring proper methods portion control and adherence to approved menus.
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment sanitation directing staff in cleaning the kitchen dining area and all food service equipment.
Ensures compliance with security regulations monitoring both staff and student offenders in all food service areas.
Manages food inventory and storage including requisitioning receiving and securely storing food supplies.
