Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 Years of experience in project management with proficiency in technology.
- PMP or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Bachelors degree in communications business administration IT math statistics MIS or related field
- 1 year of experience with financial applications enterprise reporting and transformation project management
- Proficient in planning organizing and managing strategic and tactical assignments related to statewide enterprise or agency-level IT initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to plan execute and deliver multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Skilled in project performance reporting to support data-driven decisions and adaptive project strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Ability to integrate business knowledge with leadership skills to motivate teams and support change management efforts.
- Hands-on experience with financial applications enterprise reporting and leading business transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial process re-design aimed at boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of state government procurement regulations and processes.
- Knowledge of state government fiscal policies procedures and processes.
- Project management and leadership
- Experience in technology environments and system migrations
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise reporting
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
- Government or public sector experience (preferred)
