Job Description

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pool Gate Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Pay scale: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.
General Purpose:
Ensures safety and security of members and employees of facility.
Essential Duties:
  • Observes persons entering exiting or loitering in or around facilities and responds to security related complaints from residents members guests and employees.
  • Conducts routine walk-arounds of the property at scheduled and random times.
  • Ensures that doors are locked and property is secure.
  • Responds to accidents thefts property loss and unlawful activities. Documents details and advises management.
  • Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.
  • Provides security coverage for special events programs.
  • Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility.
  • Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.
  • Performs light maintenance duties including but not limited to: changing locks and light bulbs.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Computer skills.
  • CPR and First Aid Training a plus.
Other qualifications:
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
