Location: In-person - 113 Clermont Ave
Schedule: MonFri 8-hour shifts
- Competitive rate commission

- Supportive growth-oriented team environment
- Manage all construction project phases ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Track project timelines budgets and compliance with codes/scope
- Document photos contracts and change orders
- Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews
- Handle vendor negotiations permitting and final documentation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Construction management experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals
- Personal phone (for work-related apps)
- Standing/walking/driving for extended periods
- Comfortable with ladders/heights
- Able to pass a background check
