Job Description
Job Title: Cashier/Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: Findlay Chevrolet Las Vegas NV
Hours:12 PM - 9 PM Tuesday through Saturday
About Us: Join our dynamic team at Findlay Chevrolet where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier/Receptionist to be the face of our company during our busiest hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a smile
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Specific Requirements:
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
