Job Summary
- Define and drive the roadmap for the Social Media Management (SMM) platform.
Identify user pain points validate solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Oversee the full product lifecycle: from discovery and research to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Analyze user feedback usage metrics and market trends to guide product decisions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs business goals and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with design engineering marketing and sales to deliver features.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle ensuring high-quality releases.
Draft detailed product requirements user stories and documentation.
Establish and lead acceptance testing processes.
Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy of the SMM platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset; hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel Google Analytics).
Nice to have: Experience with social media technology or content management systems.
